Hello! I’m Jenni Merrifield.
Senior UX designer specializing in thoughtful, human‑centred experiences for complex, data‑rich and compliance‑aware products.
I approach UX like tending a garden — nurturing ideas through research, collaboration, and iteration.
I believe that great UX is cultivated: ideas are planted, nurtured, pruned, brought to bloom, and harvested at release. Then the fruit is savoured to confirm where it has truly delivered value and where it can be improved.
Every great experience starts with a seed — an insight, a user need, a business challenge. Through research and collaboration, I help shape that seed into a viable idea. From there, the design is nurtured — wireframed, tested, trimmed, refined. It’s a cycle of discovery, iteration, and growth.
My role as a UX designer is to care for each stage: to prune complexity, weed out assumptions, and ensure the final product bears fruit — intuitive, accessible, and delightful to use. And like any good harvest, the work doesn’t stop at release: we taste, evaluate, and begin again, feeding what we’ve learned back into the next cycle, with richer soil and smarter tools.

Jenni can be counted on to produce solid IxD assets for any application.
